How do i get my dog to use a grass pad. We live in an apartment and its not easy to go outside but she pottys all over the floor. Ive tried training and a spray but they dont help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 9 years and 10 months old
