Diabetic cat pulling hair, peeing more. Is her diabetes uncontrolled?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 11 years and 2 months old | 7 lbs

Cat is diabetic. Off insulin for 3 months last blood check was normal 110. Recently cat is cleaning a lot around anus and tail. Hair is missing and appears she pulling it out. She also seems thinner. She seems active and eating. Might have increased urination. Check blood on Sat. Could hair loss becsign diabetes is not under control

Poor Hershey. The increased urination could be due to her diabetes not being under control, but the increased grooming could be due to a medical illness like hyperthyroidism. I'd have her seen by her vet again for these issues.
