How long does a dog's deep wound take to heal with medication?

I've started spraying animal spray on his wound and also giving him oral antibiotics. How many days should I wait for his wound to heal? Please help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male

This wound may take weeks to heal but oral antibiotics will not be necessary the entire time. I recommend taking Cutie to a vet to explore the wound and see if surgical repair is a better treatment option.
