Annie could have a severe GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, or could have pancreatitis among other causes. She sounds very sick and this cannot be treated at home. You need to take her into a vet immediately.

Weight loss and vomiting can be caused by a number of different things, so it's hard to say what might be wrong with Daisy without being able to examine her and do some testing. Some possibilities would include pancreatitis, an intestinal obstruction, pyometra (a serious, life-threatening uterine infection), a severe systemic illness such as liver or kidney disease, or ingestion of something toxic. Many of these problems are quite serious, so I would recommend taking Daisy to the vet today for an exam. He/she can do blood work and x-rays if needed to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate treatment.
