My budgie with kidney disease is lethargic, not eating, and vomiting.

My budgie has been sleeping since morning. Usually he is an energetic bird. He always talks, eat well and plays with his toys. But for 12 hours, he is not eating, moving and flying. Sometimes he vomits non stop clear water. He has been suffering from kidney issue since I adopted him about 2 years ago. His poop is always watery for the past 2 years. Id appreciate any advice on what to do to make him well again

It sounds like he may be having a worsening of his kidney disease. It is best to get him back to the vet for a check up. Kidney disease cannot be cured, only managed so it is very likely they are getting worse which is causing his symptoms.
