Is it normal for a puppy to be partially out of the birth canl for more than an hour. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed

If Angel is straining and cannot push the puppy completely out, then she should be taken to the nearest veterinary ER. If you wait, you risk the life of the pup, litter and the mother. Better to be safe and have her seen, than to wait and lose pups.
