My dog has red swollen eyes, discharge, and fur loss. Is it related to her tumor?

My dog has had a discharge from at least one if not both of her eyes for almost a week now. They are also very red and somewhat swollen. She has a tumor in her mouth now for about 2 years and hasnt seemed to have any other symptoms. But she has recently been losing a lot of fur.more than usual. I dont know if its a direct effect of her tumor or if she has something else. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 12 years and 5 months old | 76 lbs

The tumour could be having an effect, however it could be completely unrelated. It sounds a lot like conjunctivitis which can be easily treated by your vet. I would get Bella in for an exam asap as you dont want to leave an eye condition as it may be more serious.
