My cat accidentally ate half of a naproxen pill - is this fatal?

It could potentially cause serious toxicity. Blackie should be seen by your veterinarian or at the nearest veterinary ER. If the ingestion was less than 2 hours ago, vomiting can be induced via injection. Activated charcoal may be given after to further decrease absorption. Kidney function should be monitored to confirm no damage has been done.
