Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | spayed | 8 years and 5 months old | 11.4 lbs
I have a 8 1/2 year old Maltese shitzu mix. She has been scratching alot and we tried allergy meds and didn't work. She started to shake and aggressively chew her paws. Blood work showed a high Tt4 on two seperate tests, one in July and one now. But no other symptoms. She has a heartmurmer. An x-ray showed either inflammation or a tumor they can't tell by her pancreas. They gave her an enema and that caused vomiting and diarrhea for an entire day and she lost a pound after that.

Poor Dallas! I would recommend referral to a specialist ultrasound to investigate the potential tumour as related pain can cause many such symptoms. Ultrasound of the thyroid would be worthwhile at the same time
