Hi my dog has been panting and heavy breathing I’ve just notice a tiny bit of blood and puss by her private parts and having trouble getting her to vets now as I have a baby at home with me I can get to the vets first thing tomorrow morning just asking for some advise she’s normally really energetic and very active but today all she has wanted to do is lay down and has been sick still drinking Walter

I see that Jess isn't spayed, and this discharge from her vulva indicates a pyometra. So do her other symptoms. This is a medical emergency, as a pyometra is fatal without treatment. See if someone can take her into a vet now for you.
