My allergic dog has hair loss and a skin bump. Is it allergies?

Hi my dog has a bit of hair-loss and a very small almost indiscernible bump. When I run my finger over it feels like a very small bump. She has a history of allergies, so she gets cytopoint shots every few months. Is this something that could be allergy related?

Hello. This is very possibly related to Pepper's allergies. I would pick up a skin antiseptic like Hibiclens, available at all pharmacies, & gently clean these areas twice a day. Mild skin infections often flare in allergic dogs, but if caught & managed early, rarely turn into anything serious. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
