Dog's neck and chest glands swollen after antibiotics. What now?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 9 years old | 8.9 lbs

Had my dog at the vet on Friday he gave him a antibiotics injection and antibiotics capsules 37g and he's glenhes on the side of the throat feels bigger and he have more on lower chest what can we do he is still eating and drinking good and still playing like any other day he doesn't look sick it's just the glenhes that is swollen

I would worry that Vettie could have a disease like lymphoma if his glands are not better with antibiotics. I’d recommend making a recheck appointment with your vet. The next step might be to take an aspirate if the glands using a small needle and sending the sample to a pathologist to review.
