My cat has bloody nose and eyes. What should I do, is it contagious?

I went outside to feed my cats as they stay outside and one of them has a bloody nose and bloody eyes. I’m not sure what to do especially if it’s contagious. I don’t want the others to get sick. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered
