My old cat is restless and meows at night. How can I help her?

Hello, my cat is getting very old (22 in a few months) and she's having trouble sleeping. She gets restless, wandering around the house and meowing loudly. What can I do to help her live out the rest of her life happy and contented? Thank you for your time and help Alix

Hi Alix, You can try using Rescue Remedy (for pets, not people) and also some Feliway diffusers around your house. If they don't help, you need to talk to your vet about getting some anti-anxiety medication that may work better.
