My dog has extra nails curling into his paw. How can I help him on a budget?

My dog has 6 toes on each of his back paws, there's one that has no bones and the nail grows curling into his pad, I noticed last night that he also has an extra nail growing out from his pad. I'm on a very tight budget right now. What can I do from home or in the future to help him? Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 1 month old | 120 lbs
