My dog got shot by an air gun on Sunday. What should I do? Is the bullet tetanus? What negativities can possibly occur?

Momo should be seen by a veterinarian. If the pellet/BB is still inside him, it could lead to infection. If it penetrated the chest or abdominal wall, serious internal injuries may be possible. At the very least, antibiotics and pain management may be indicated.
