My 6-year-old Shih Tzu has small bumps on her skin. Should I worry?

My dog has these little bumps on her body probably about 8 of them somewhere on her. She’s a shih tzu that is 6 years old. Please see picture. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 10 lbs

Hello. These are probably benign, but since they are pigmented, I would recommend checking them out. A biopsy of one of them should confirm what the rest are & if a treatment plan is indicated, your veterinarian will know exactly what to do, even if it is just a watch & wait on the bumps.
