Hello. CBD does not contain any THC while Hemp oil may contain a very small amount. Both seem to have some medicinal properties when it comes to dealing with pain & stimulating appetite. The biggest problem the veterinary community is having about these product is the lack of supervision over the content & truth about what these products can do. Right now, the best thing to do is consult your veterinarian because there are some well respected supplement providers that are entering this field. They would be the best place to go to obtain a product that will do what you are looking at for your pet. I am at a very large veterinary conference right now & I am amazed at the number of companies that are beginning to offer this class of supplement. Your veterinarian will be your best guide.
