CBD is an anectdotal drug, which means that no formal studies have been completed in pets to the point where we prescribe it with confidence that it will work across the board. You have to try it and see if it helps your pet. We also have no authorization to recommend it to any pets until it goes through the legal system. You can certainly try any over the counter medication, including CBD oil, as a homeopathic option and see if it helps with your pets aggression. However, with any medication or supplement, you will have to still do formal training on your pet to help resolve any behavioral issues you are seeing. I would also recommend trying Zylkene supplements for any anxiety or behavioral issues with your pet. Best of luck with Oscar moving forward. Take acre. : )

It is worth a try, there is anecdotal evidence that CBD oil can be helpful for anxiety, though we don't have a good deal of actual scientific evidence to support its use. It is not an addictive substance; the body won't develop a "need" for it over time, and generally its safe and well tolerated when used according to label directions. Just be sure to use one that is designed for use in dogs. Thanks for asking Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!
