My puppy ate small pieces of wood from a toy. Should I be worried?

My puppy was chewing on a toy wooden train track and may have swallowed some small pieces of it, i was able to get most of them out of her mouth. I just need to know if I should be worried. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 6 lbs

If she chewed them up into tiny pieces, she will likely pass them. Monitor for lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite or abdominal pain. These are symptoms that should be addressed by your veterinarian.
