My 10 year old chihuahua is vomiting pink foam, heavy panting before vomiting, hasn’t eaten for 2 days, had some water and is lethargic and won’t move? What could be wrong? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Long Coat) | Female | unspayed
