Pet's info: Cat | Manx | Male | 7 years and 8 months old | 6 lbs
Overall he is lethargic, watery eyes we suspect he has an ear infection (it looks like a scab on both sides VARY tender also on nose) We gave him antibiotics with no improvement. ALSO gave Natural Ear Wash. HELP

Gremlin needs to be examined by the veterinarian. With multiple areas of concern (the ear tips and the nose), something like ringworm (which humans can get), bacterial infection or vasculities are concerning and need treatment. Also, an ear infection needs medication that you can only get from your veterinarian. Ear infections can be painful and they can move into an inner ear infection which is much harder (and more expensive) to treat. Have Gremlin examined within the next 24 hours. It's better to play it safe. I hope this helps.
