Why does my dog have red spots under her hair on her back that look like burns. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | spayed | 15 lbs

Hello, sorry to hear about Luna. It does appear like she is having quite a bit of redness under her coat. Its likely that this is associated with some form of underlying allergies. I would recommend bathing her with Luke warm water and skin sensitive shampoo. If the redness does not resolve, if she develops any itching or pain or discharge, then I would recommend Luna evaluated by her veterinarian soon. Hope this helps and best of luck.
