Dog eye swollen, bleeding, leaking. Eye drops not working. Help!

My dogs eye seems flipped and it’s leaking, bleeding, and swollen. What’s the best thing to do in this situation? She has eye drops but those don’t seem to be working. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed

It looks like Skylar's third eyelid is elevated and irritated, and there is significant swelling of her eyelids. I would recommend seeing a veterinarian as soon as possible. She could have an infection of her eye or a scratch on the surface, or even a puncture of the eye if there is a large amount of watery fluid.
