my bird is vibrating and he is on one leg during sleep is this a problem ?

Thanks for reaching out about Max. Sleeping on one leg is not unusual. Not exactly sure what you mean by vibrating but shiver could be due to being cold or ill. Providing heat support in the 80-85 F range can give some comfort. Twitching could be due to feather lice or mites, or other concerns. If continues, a veterinary visit is recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. Good luck.
