My dog in heat is drooling, not eating, and scooting. Is this normal?

dog is on period, drooling a lot and stopped eating and scooting down. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 10 years old

Poor girl. I am concerned that Nancy may have an infection. I highly recommend having her seen by your vet right away to get her checked out. This does not sound like normal behavior during a normal menstrual cycle. I do hope that Nancy is going to be ok moving forward. Best of luck and take care.
