How to help a 7-week-old kitten with a swollen belly that can't poop?

My kitten have swollen belly , vet said that its because of many feaces in the stomach , also my kitten has fever and his nerve has problem so he unable to stand or barely move so i have to feed him food , is there any way to stimulate my kitten to poop? because he eat a lot but i think because he unable to stand so it become difficult for him to poop and he is 7 week old

Hello, sorry to hear about Budi. You may gently wipe his rear with a warm cloth to stimulate him to defecate. However, Im concerned that Budi may have something else going on such as FIP, a heavy burden of parasites, or even a viral infection. I would recommend having him re-evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible as he may need emergency care to relieve has abdominal distention. Hope this helps and best of luck.
