My kitten has frequent yellow, fluid-like poop and accidents.

My cat is around 13-14 weeks old and recently she is been pooping a lot. She poops while she is sleeping and still unaware of it. When she urinates she poops a little bit at the same time. She is pooping very frequently. I feel that she is suffering from diarrhea but there are no signs of lathargy instead she is super active. Her voice has also turned very sharp. Her poop is yellow in color and also like fluid(but not wattery, no signs of blood & mucous).Her eating frequency has also increased. Pet's info: Cat | Turkish Van | Female | unspayed
