What are these bumps on my dog's leg and paw from chronic licking?

i wanted to know if you could tell me what these things are on his leg and his one front paw.

These look like they may be lick granuloma. They are caused by chronic licking. You would need to have Milo physically examined by your veterinarian for confirmation. The underlying cause for the excessive licking must be diagnosed and treated. Potential causes include boredom, stress, allergies, foreign body or even infection. Antibiotics and steroids may be needed. In severe cases, the lesions are injected with a steroid. Place an e-collar (cone) on him to prevent licking.
