My dog has lymphoma and is on prednisone. Can I give him ibuprofen for pain?

My 10 1/2 year old aussie was just diagnosed with lymphoma. He is on prednisone but seems uncomfortable. Can I give ibuprofen

No. Ibuprofen is toxic to dogs. Kooner should be rechecked by your veterinarian or veterinary oncologist. A safe and appropriate medication can be dispensed if indicated. Since he is on prednisone, he cannot get any NSAIDs.
