My Cavapoo is sneezing and rubbing ears. What could be wrong?

My Cavapoo has been sneezing a lot since Sunday and now I am noticing that she is rubbing at her ears. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 2 days old | 7 lbs

She may be experiencing allergies as well as an ear infection. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.
