My rescue puppy had toxoplasmosis. Is reoccurrence a long-term risk?

Hi, I recently applied to adopt a rescue puppy from south wales, From info given on the website, all the litter where having treatment for toxoplasmosis and all where very poorly, Below is a brief discription on what was entered as part of her info, ''10-01-20 Manaphy is a super active happy pup who came to rescue to be treated for toxoplasmosis. Hello. There is always a possibility of reoccurrence since the organism can encyst in muscle tissue. This means the disease is never truly eliminated. Spaying her & trying to avoid any immunosuppressant medications like steroids will probably keep Hetty clinically normal for the rest of her life.
