Dog got cat flea meds. Side effects? When to reapply Revolution?

I accidentally put my cat's flea medication on my dog. I washed it off with soap and water immediately but am concerned if he will have any side effects. Also he takes revolution. How long should I wait to apply it to him ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 13 lbs

Colby should be fine, especially since you washed it off quickly. I would probably wait two weeks to apply his Revolution. Watch him for any side effects like neurological issues, vomiting or seizures just in case. I hope this helps.
