Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 20 lbs
My 20lb pug has recently exhibited restlessness: she keeps getting up and moving to a new position every couple of seconds. When she walks, her tail is tucked and her back rounded. Her abdomen does feel firm in some places. These are episodic, going for about 30min - hour. She seems fine after and can go on walks; she poops and pees regularly with no blood in either; poop is solid and normal. These episodes occur at night and in the mornings. She has not vomitted anything

I recommend to have Muffin examined. Something is obviously happening internally that is making her uncomfortable. This could be many things including gas, pancreatitis or a back issue. After a physical exam, the vet will get a better idea of what may or may not be happening and then can figure out a game plan. I hope this helps.
