Why is my dog scratching her ear and has dandruff on her butt?

Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 2 years and 10 months old | 8 lbs

My dog keep on scratching her ear, she also has some sort of dandruff kind of thing on both sides of her butt just her butt, her body is just fine. What can I do to help her?

These signs could be compatible with an inflammation of the external ear canals and possibly an underlying skin allergy which is predisposing to skin inflammation and possible infections. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.
