My dog has a pink lump and other skin growths. What could they be?

Pet's info: Dog | Manchester Terrier(Toy) | Male | neutered | 10 years and 8 months old | 21 lbs

Hi, my dog Zorro has a pinkish lump on the inner side middle of his front arm , here is a picture attached, it’s been there but may have grown a little , he also has a pink pimple like much smaller one different shape like a pink pimple dot on his middle stomach chest area, and a black like mole hanging from his chin in middle, I was wondering what these it could be, Thank you

Hello, sorry to hear about Zorro. It looks like that may be a wart (benign skin lump). This can be confirmed by taking a needle sample from the are and looking at the cells under the microscope. Alternatively, if you think the lump is growing it would be a lot better to remove it now while it is small than a future time when it gets bigger primarily because of the location and the difficulty in removing large lumps from he arm region. I would recommend having Zorro seen and these lumps sampled/removed and biopsied to ensure this is not a more aggressive lump. Hope this helps and best of luck.
