Why does my dog have stinky eye tears? What are other causes?

My Pomeranian has stinky eye tears when eating some foods, particularly with smoke flavoring, and I think maybe grains. Could there be another cause for these stinky tears? Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | neutered | 9 years and 2 months old | 9 lbs

At this point there is not a known cause but it is more suspected to be the minerals found within certain foods and water. I don't suspect it is the grains though this is not impossible. Make sure to keep Picco's eyes wiped out daily. There are also products that can help with tear stains. Please feel free to post any additional questions.
