Why does my dog have a dark bump on his elbow after grooming?

I noticed my dog has a dark bump or scab on his elbow. Last week after his haircut, he had a red mark there. I was wondering what was it since its not flat like a scab. He's not bleeding nor in pain. Pet's info: Dog | Maltipoo | Male | 3 years and 4 months old | 5 lbs
