My cat throws up monthly. Is it hairballs or a serious health issue?

Hi, My cat beans has been showing strange signs of some sort of sickness. We have had her for 7 months now and she is 2 years old. They told us her old owner didn't want to keep up with vet bills. I have her records and it doesn't show anything serious. She has had her blood done and everything. We have personally brought her to the vet when she gets sick and they have said she is OK and prescribed medication for the nauseous. She only get sick I wanna say Every month or so and it can variey fro

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. It is possible that this is a hairball issue, so placing Beans on a hairball supplement or changing the diet to a hairball formulation may help. If this continues to happen, then I would recommend an abdominal ultrasound to see if there is any indication of what may be causing the nausea / vomiting.
