Dog leaking blood from rear and vomiting. Is this an emergency?

My dog is a very good dog and never has accidents in house. Around 11:45 I woke up to my foot in a puddle of blood that had leaked out of her anus. I washed her off and she has been laying down. She tried to throw up 2-3 times and I’m wondering if this is dangerous and if I should seek a vet now or if it is a low risk vet visit. I attached a pic of one of the piles of blood she leaked. Pet's info: Dog | Dutch Shepherd | Female | spayed | 90 lbs
