Hi we bought a puppy yesterday not paying any attention to his eye because our daughter picked him, Ive noticed that it seems that he has an eye problem and I’m wondering if you can help me figure out what it is so I can help the puppy, he has a brown cloud in his eye that is circled with a blue ring around it , could it be a cataract or another issue? That is Ace's third eye lid. When one is elevated, it can indicate an eye infection but it could also just be irritation. I recommend to have Ace examined by the veterinarian to have his eye examined but also to start his basic care. Congratulations on adding him to your family. I hope this helps.
