My senior dog with CHF stopped eating. How long can she survive?

My 13 year old bichon has CHF. She literally stopped eating food. She's on Vetmedin. How long can she go on like this? Pet's info: Dog | Bichon Frise | Female | spayed | 12 years and 3 months old | 15 lbs
