My dog is tired and inactive, but all vet tests came back normal. Why?

Hey doc, I am Archita here my dog name is Dora and she is lhasa bread and 4 year old female. Its been about 2 weeks now that my dog seems like tired. She just seats at a corner does not react to any of our word, if i take her for walk she walks dam slow but she is eating, pooping and peeing properly. I took her to my vet doc we run through blood test, ECS and even her sonography but everything is fine, nothing in her reports but she is still doing the same, she seems like not so active. Pet's info: Dog | Lhasa Apso | Female | 3 years and 2 months old

I hate to hear this is happening to Dora. I recommend to look for more exotic causes like tick borne disease and retest her for autoimmune disease. Make sure radiographs were taken of her chest, spine and neck. A painful lesion in the back/neck or heart conditions could all look like this. Work closely with your veterinarian. You may also look into thyroid levels and Addison's Disease. I hope you get a diagnosis soon!
