Best wet food for senior dog with Cushing's, ulcer, overweight?

I'm desperate to find a high quality dog food (wet) that would be good for my 8 year old Dachshund who has Cushing's Disease, an enlarged liver, gastric ulcer and is overweight. I love her so much but this Cushing's disease really took me for a loop and it's like everything I feed her makes her stomach hurt and she sits in the corner and cries and cries. I don't know what to do. Please help. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Female | spayed | 25 lbs

Hi, is she on medications for her stomach ulcer ? Ulcers are sooooo painful so any food will make her uncomfortable. I think she should ate least be on Omeprazole .. regarding food a natural diet such as Almo Nature would be my choice ! Best wishes
