My guinea pig has a cloudy eye and I do not know if this is normal but the cornea is red, I just want him to be ok

Thanks for reaching out about Ralphie. A red cornea is not normal and a veterinary visit is recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. Corneal trauma or infections, perforations and other problems are of concern. A corneal perforation can progress to something more serious if not addressed appropriately. Monitor appetite and comfort level. Good luck.
