My Syrian Hamster is only about 2 months old but he has been showing blood in his stool for a day, seems constipated, and today refuses to eat or drink anything and has almost no energy to move. Pet's info: Small Animal | Hamster | Male

Intestinal infections and parasites can cause rectal/colonic bleeding, leading to illness. A fecal examination under the microscope can determine the type of parasite and the specific treatment.
