Spayed Boston Terrier's nipples oozing yellow. Is it an infection?

Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Female | spayed | 1 year and 5 months old | 8 lbs

Hello, my mothers Boston terrier had got fixed back in December. Today I noticed she was licking he lower nipples, I took a closer look and they seem to be ozzing with yellow water like substance. Should I be concern? Thank you.

This could be a sign of infection. I recommend to have Penelope examined by the veterinarian to be safe. Try to prevent her from licking as well and she should wear an Elizabethan collar at all times. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
