My puppy has worms. Can I use OTC dewormer before her vet visit?

Luna just pooped out a bunch of worms. She is a little over 2 lbs. and has her first vet visit Monday, however the vet is not open over the weekend. I bought some OTC dewormer for puppies/dogs this size Bayer Quad Dewormer. I’ll f I give her this will it mess up her visit with the vet on Monday? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 14 days old | 42 lbs

No, it won't mess up the visit. Let your veterinarian know you dewormed her today. Bring the package with you so he or she knows what was given. The deworming will likely need to be repeated at 2 week intervals over the next 8 weeks.
