Why won't my dog eat, has bad breath, and is so picky?

My pup is not eating her food(rice with milk) from past 5 days and her mouth is smelling bad and she will eat only pedigree that too if she is interested can i know the reason why she is not willing to have her food. kindly advice for better growth of my pet?? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | 1 year and 2 months old | 21 lbs

Have her seen by your veterinarian. The odor may be due to periodontal disease that needs to be addressed she may need her teeth cleaned and/or may lose teeth. Severe periodontal disease can be painful which could affect the appetite. Discontinue feeding milk as it can lead to an upset stomach. You can feed her Pedigree if that is all she will eat. Try soaking it with warm water to stimulate the appetite. The "best" food in the world is useless if a pet won't eat it.
