Why does my 5-month-old puppy wake up barking every night at 2 AM?

My five month old dog wake up at 2am every night. She either barks, runs around the house and doesn’t let me sleep. What can I do? She eats before bed and plays before bed I just don’t understand why she wakes up at 2am every night. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Poodle | Female | unspayed | 5.3 lbs

Puppies don;t always sleep as well as adults. You may try crating her over night. You can give her heavy exercise just before bed. You cannot encourage the behavior by playing with her in the middle of the night or stimulating her. Most puppies will outgrow this. I hope this helps.
